Quality Issue - I adore the styling of this bag. Excellent function as far as the divided compartments. But the handles have cracks/tears along the full length. It's the kind of damage I'd expect on a fake leather handbag because the material wasn't sufficiently pliable to be used on a handle. This showed up within the first few times that I used the bag. The rich, slightly textured leather wears well, and the multiple sections keep my things organized. Nice size and style. The three main compartments (center is zipped) make it easy to organize contents. As with other dual strap bags, one tends to fall off my shoulder which is the reason for the four star rating. There are tabs for a shoulder strap but it wasn't included with my bag. I've purchased Fossil bags before; one was my all time favorite bag that finally fell apart after many, many years of regular use.
