Has nice amount of pockets inside to help organize stuff. Only complaint would be that you can see in the bag - it has one magnetic snap closure, but I would buy it again!

Love this bag. I was looking for a purse to replace my other Eagle Creek purse that would not be too big. This is light weight and has lots of handy pockets. The only problem is that the strap adjustment moves around, so I often have to readjust it. But otherwise, I'm very pleased with this bag.

LOVE this tote. Great size, not too heavy. The only think I HATE is the buckle closure. The leather is stiff although it becoming softer won't prevent you from having to buckle the closure like a belt every time you have to go into the bag. I think it should have been a magnetic closure with the look of a belt closure. So I end up leaving it unbuckled which takes away from the presentation a little. The black/gold/gold combo is beautiful!

Love Candy Satchel - This bag is uber cute! I was a little hesitant to purchase it due to the "coated canvas" thinking that it may have had more of a shiny plastic look to the finish, but it's not like that at all, totally adorable! Larger than you think... I have a 15.4" wide screen laptop and while it did not fit in the padded compartment, it did (barely) fit in the main compartment with a sleeve on, which is good enough for me. I had originally bought the bag as a camera bag (bad as camera bag), but may work as an overnight bag or a carry on bag. I've been looking for a faux leather bag for a long time now because I'm a vegetarian and refuse to buy a leather bag. There are a lot of them out there, but it was hard to find one I really liked. I\'m finding I use constantly for keys, ID badges, MP3 players, or phone), an open pocket along the back, the large main compartment inside contains a zip pocket along the back, pockets for pens or phones or whatever, and another smaller compartment along the front. The bag feels very high quality and has held up reasonably well over several years of daily use as my primary work bag. However, the fabric on the outside along the bottom has started to wear through at the corners, and the strap, which is stitched directly to the bag, finally started to pull out, opening a seam in the process. Makes me wonder why Jack Spade didn\'t use a detatchable shoulder strap and a leather foot for the bottom of the bag.On the one hand, the bag has taken a lot of abuse before failing, but on the other, I had messenger bags from Ogio and Eddie Bauer that cost about a third of this, and never showed any wear after comparable use. My 20 year old Eastpack backpack is in better shape. Like the style, though it is VERY understated/minimalist. Ergonomics is oustanding. Durability isn\'t what I had hoped from a brand that spends so much effort talking about the functional and durable designs of their bags. There are plenty of bag companies that make products that are both fashionable and bulletproof. I expected more.

I was sooo excited to get this bag. I loved the look, color, feel, smell... alas, it's not the perfect fit for me. I'm sad. I thought the whole fold-over zippered "pouch" area would rock with being able to put a couple diapers and wipes (I refuse to carry a diaper bag). While that did work (I kept it on the backside of the bag, not near the zipper), the bag got all bunchy and when I put my very minimal amount of stuff in the bag itself, it felt like I was carrying around a heavy sweater that I bunched up in a ball and hung a strap from it. It didn't look good hanging off my arm. I'm so bummed....

I wanted a Mary Poppins bag, one that would fit EVERYTHING and the kitchen sink in it, but not be enormous. I'm still undecided on this bag, and I bought it in October. I wanted a laptop bag I could carry on my bike that would keep my water bottle, sunglasses, keys, wallet, and cellphone accessible… and not look silly by dwarfing my 4'11" frame... and I needed room for a binder or two, my lunch, and maybe a change of clothes/shoes. AND it needed to look good professionally or casually. I love that my big Nalgene fits in the side pocket, and my sunglass case fits in the other side pocket. And I love that my 13" Macbook is very well protected in the separate compartment, but the little organizer pouch, while understandably sewn into the top for accessibility, tends to block access for whatever is in the bottom of the bag. And if you're like me and the main contents of the bag *do* get removed daily, but the accessories (pens and what not) don't, well, it creates a nuisance. The accessories pouch is on the inside of the bag, so the cell phone/tickets/pens/wallet/keys or whatever you stuff in it is not easily accessible. The bag holds almost enough (laptop, accessories, and small items, ONE binder and book), but it gets plenty heavy, so a bigger one carrying more probably isn't the answer. It's VERY comfortable on the bike, wearing the strap across the body. The bag does look huge on me, and it's impossible to carry as a shoulder bag (it just slides right off my shoulder). I kind of think that nature just screwed me on that one. Overall a good bag. The color scheme is great.

I ordered a rolling laptop bag for my son for Christmas, but it was too small and I had to exchange it. I need a bag that holds a decent amount of stuff for everyday use, but I was tired of hauling around a big huge carryall over my shoulder, so this beauty is the perfect compromise. It's compact, but surprisingly roomy, and even holds a folded up scarf or a small umbrella (and the lightweight material means it doesn't feel so heavy when it's full). The little matching cosmetics bag is also a nice bonus. I got it in Cerrado (the leopard print) and I love the print; it's retro cool without being tacky. I love the bag, it looks exactly like it does in the picture. It is a bit thinner than I was hoping, like you could only fit 2 or 3 text books before it stretches the sides. And also, my bag came with a brown spot on the front. It's very tiny, but noticeable to me. Not bad enough for me to send it back, but keep an eye out for yourself.
