I ordered a rolling laptop bag for my son for Christmas, but it was too small and I had to exchange it. I was thrilled with the fact that they sent out the new one without additional charges before I had even returned the first one! Everyone was incredibly helpful. I had almost forgotten what "customer service" was all about! How refreshing it was to deal with them. No question, I will continue dealing with them and refer them whenever I can. My son is very pleased with the Victorinox Rolling Trevi bag, just the right size for overnight business trips, sturdy and good looking.
