LV coin purse, car keys and a pack of tissues in the largest compartment; lipstick, lipgloss, small mirror and a tin of organic mints in the medium compartment; dog treats and/or horse treats in the smallest compartment. It's the perfect bag to bring for travel as well, since the adjustable strap clips on/off I sometimes use my Kaseys to keep my small items organized when traveling - ie, makeup, iPhone, iPod, chargers, important smaller documents, etc. I have 4 Kaseys and would still consider adding more of them to my bag collection because it's a very versatile fun little bag!
